An amendment can usually modify:

What documents do I receive when the amendment is already effective?

When filing an amendment, do the articles of organization or incorporation change?
No. The incorporation or organization documents remain the same, regardless of future changes. The amendment becomes part of the record that proves those modifications are official.
What cannot be changed with an amendment?
