Accounting services
Bookkeeping.
The quiet discipline that turns paperwork into clarity. Monthly bookkeeping, US sales and income tax filing, the software it runs on, and a US-licensed advisor on the other end of every question.
What it is
More than bookkeeping.
A monthly accounting plan is the difference between knowing what your company holds and understanding what your company is doing. The bookkeeping is the foundation; the advisory is what turns it into decisions you can act on.
Most non-resident founders learn at some cost that US accounting is not optional infrastructure. The IRS, the state revenue department, the bank, and most US vendors all expect a clean, current set of books. Without them, every interaction takes twice as long and costs twice as much.
Our plans hold the books, the filings, and the advisory in one engagement. The software is included. The advisor is included. The deliverables are predictable: monthly close, quarterly review, annual tax filing.

What's in the plan
The full operational stack.
Every plan includes the same core operations. The volume scales with your business; the components don't change.
If you require only part of the plan, say, sales tax alone or income tax alone, we offer those separately. The full plan exists because most clients come to need all of it, and the combined engagement carries a better effective rate than assembling it piece by piece.
What's included monthly
- Online accounting software (QuickBooks Online or Xero), included in the plan
- Monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation
- Sales tax filing in your state of operation
- Quarterly federal estimated tax calculations
- Annual federal and state income tax return preparation
- Monthly advisory check-in call with a US-licensed accountant
- Quarterly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Year-end tax planning conversation
Who works on it
A US-licensed team, not a script.
The work is carried out by a small team of US-licensed accountants and tax preparers who know your business. Not a chatbot, not a freelancer who rotates monthly. The same person answers the phone every time.
Founders running a US business from abroad tend to find that the relationship with the accountant matters as much as the accounting itself. Decisions on timing, structure, and compliance come easier when the person you ask understands your particular situation.
Each client gets a primary accountant plus a backup who knows the file. If your primary is on vacation, the work continues; if you have a question, someone who knows your books answers it.

How it scales
Plans matched to the size you actually are.
No single plan fits every founder. A solo non-resident running an LLC with $30k in annual revenue does not need the same package as a 10-employee Corporation closing six-figure deals.
- Starter: dormant or low-activity entities. Annual filings, light bookkeeping, no monthly advisory. Keeps the entity in good standing without overpaying.
- Standard: active businesses with regular revenue and expenses. Full monthly bookkeeping, quarterly advisory, annual tax filing.
- Growth: multi-entity, payroll, sales tax across multiple states, frequent advisory. Closer to a fractional CFO than a basic accounting service.
- Custom: anything outside the standard plans. Multi-currency operations, e-commerce platform reconciliations, complex investor reporting.

Why this matters
Bookkeeping is the lever, not the chore.
Most founders treat accounting as a compliance task. The astute ones treat it as a lever: the books are the source of truth from which pricing, hiring, and tax decisions all flow. A clean monthly close lets you see what is genuinely happening in the business.
Without it, founders decide on bank balances and instinct. Both are wrong more often than they are right. The plan is what replaces the instinct with an actual P&L.

Questions
Frequently asked
What's included in a monthly accounting plan?
Online accounting software, monthly bookkeeping, sales tax filing, income tax preparation, monthly advisory check-ins, and quarterly financial reports. The exact mix scales with your business size; we tailor each plan.
Do I need to be in the US?
No. We work remotely with non-resident founders running US businesses from anywhere in the world. Communication is by email, video calls, and a shared client portal.
What software do you use?
We work with QuickBooks Online for most clients and Xero where it's a better fit. Both are recognized US accounting platforms with full audit trails. The software cost is included in the monthly plan.
Can the plan handle multiple entities?
Yes. We have clients with 2-10 entities under one plan: a holding company, multiple operating LLCs, and sometimes a personal entity. Each one gets its own ledger and reporting; advisory is consolidated.
How long is the contract?
Month-to-month, no long-term commitment. The plan can be paused or scaled up or down at any monthly billing cycle. We earn the engagement every month.
What if my business is barely operating?
We have a minimal plan for dormant or low-activity entities that just need annual reports filed and tax returns prepared. It's a fraction of the full plan price and keeps the entity in good standing without overpaying.
